Check subscription status:
Ensure your subscription link is still valid by pasting the URL above before running the test.
•
Cannot login to client:
Check the API Service / Load node status first. If Failed, your ISP may be blocking the API connection.
•
Logged in but cannot connect:
If API is green but ping fails, check the Subscription URL to see if the link has data or is blocked.
•
Overall network check:
Review Latency/Loss indicators to assess current connection stability.
